What are the office hours?
Our office is open Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays.
What are the access hours?
You can access your unit seven days a week from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
There are four days a year that our facility is completely closed and there is no gate access: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's day.
Am I required to store long-term?
Not at all, we provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to the facility manager about autopay. We also accept cash and checks. Our front office even has a drop-box.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Please call our office for additional requirements.
What items am I not allowed to store?
We do not allow perishables, food items, vehicles, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What does drive-up access mean?
Drive-up access means you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading. There are no interior hallways or elevators at our facility for you to navigate, because moving is hard enough!
