Renting a Storage Unit
We offer 5×10, 10×10, 10×20, and 20×20 storage units. All of our units are drive-up accessible, making it easy to load and unload your belongings. We also offer RV and boat parking.
It depends on what you're storing. Our 5×10 units are a good choice for smaller amounts of belongings, while our 10×10, 10×20, and 20×20 units provide progressively more room. We also have a size guide tool to help you figure out what size you need. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll be happy to help you choose.
Yes! All of our storage units have drive-up access. You can park your vehicle directly in front of your unit, making loading and unloading much easier.
Yes. Our storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis, so you don't have to commit to a long-term lease.
Yes. New rentals receive a 12-month rate lock, so your rental rate won't change during your first 12 months.
No. We do not charge an administrative fee.
No. Our storage units are traditional, non-climate-controlled units. All of our units are located outdoors with convenient drive-up access.
Insurance & Protecting Your Belongings
Yes. Tenants are required to have coverage for their stored belongings. You can either provide proof of your own homeowners or renters insurance or enroll in our tenant protection plan.
Yes. If your homeowners or renters insurance covers your stored belongings, you can provide proof of coverage to satisfy the insurance requirement.
You can enroll in our tenant protection plan, starting at $9 per month. Ask us for more information about available coverage.
No. Tenants are responsible for their stored property and should maintain appropriate insurance or protection coverage. We recommend keeping valuable or irreplaceable items in a location appropriate for them.
Access & Convenience
Gate access is available 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, except on days when the facility is completely closed. Those days are: New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.
Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Sundays. Our office is closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day.
Yes. Our Storage Genie app provides convenient, hands-free gate access using your smartphone.
With drive-up access, you can park directly in front of your unit. There's no elevator, long hallway, or multiple trips through a building to deal with. Pull up, load or unload, and you're done.
Yes. Gate access is available seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Yes. We offer outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and other recreational vehicles. Contact us for current availability.
Payments & Managing Your Account
We accept online payments, automatic payments, and payments made through our office. We accept cash and checks, and payments can also be placed in our drop box.
Yes. You can make payments online through your C&M Self Storage account.
Yes. You can enroll in automatic payments so your storage payment is made automatically each month.
Yes. You can manage your payment information through your online account.
Yes. You can use your online account to make payments, manage payment information, and complete other account-related tasks without visiting the office.
Storage Guidelines
You can store most household, personal, business, and recreational items that are permitted under your rental agreement. Items should be stored safely and securely.
Prohibited items include hazardous or flammable materials, explosives, illegal or stolen property, living plants or animals, food, and other items prohibited by your rental agreement or applicable law.
No. Food and other items that can attract rodents or pests are not permitted in storage units.
No. Flammable, explosive, toxic, or otherwise hazardous materials are not permitted.
Storage units are intended for storage, not as workshops or repair facilities. Vehicle maintenance or other activities that are prohibited by your rental agreement are not allowed.
No. Storage units may not be used as living quarters, offices, or places of business.
